To Who It May Concern,

I have been a lifelong angler and enthusiast of everything ocean
related. It absolutely sickens me that this small and fragile
industry that brings not only supports thousands of families, but
also generates little waste relative to other major polluters on
the water, cruise ships. These mandates to force small vessels to
retrofit their engines with alternatives or face being shut down is
downright unamerican. Keep passenger sportfishing boats on the
water and allow them to continue to their livelihood. Pick on the
bigger fish and target the commercial fishing industry and the
cruise line industry.
