I ask to repeal this legislation to ban passenger boats in the
ocean

We are asking that the Board Members reconsider as this will lead
to further unemployment and economic struggler.  millions of
Californians will be denied access to the open sea and significant
economic harm will come to coastal communities that depend on
outdoor tourism. it means the world to My Family and I to be able
to harvest our own food and to enjoy all the splendors of the sea!
