| Comment | Greetings, I have worked near sportfishing & whale watching charters for more than 10 years. I see families who go & have the best day just seeing dolphins. Any wildlife seen is a blessing for them, whether fishing or whale watching. To take this opportunity away from many children & adults would be horrible. The group of people that go out on these boats would not be able to afford the prices that you all think would be fair to charge. Not to mention all the families you would put out of work, if this were to go through. The families that own & work on boats. These boats are a part of our history here in CA. You would be pushing all the business to Mexico & CA would suffer. Suffer for jobs, for taxes, & for education of sea life. Please think about the people, the working people for once. |
