| Comment | I am opposed to the mandatory upgrade to family sport fishing and tour vessels. This upgrade is not practical for the average operator. The impact to the environment is negligible due to the low numbers of vessels in use. There is no logical reason to impose this mandate as it does not serve the greater good. I am not in the fishing or tourism industry so I do not represent a special interest. I am just a concerned citizen that does not seek the logic (by the numbers of vessels in operation) to imposing this mandate on families that cannot afford to implement it. Regards Dan Jackson |
