| Comment | To whom it may concern, I am an avid sport fisherman and am seriously concerned with the potential laws threatening the Sportfishing fleet by requiring them to make upgrades to their boats which are unrealistic and not even available at this time. This will obviously have a negative social and economic impact on the sport that I love so much! Please reconsider and try to make a more feasible law that is fair for all. Thank you for your time!
