Dear CARB members,

I'm writing to you today on behalf of myself, my industry and the
coastal communities who we serve. We would like for you to
reconsider these regulations that if imposed would have
significantly dire consequences on many who seek peace, clarity and
enjoyment from being on the ocean. If even a portion of the
sportfishing and whale watching fleet were made to retire many of
us would be out of jobs and just after starting to come out of a
very difficult financial situation from the pandemic. I love what I
do and personally have had many formative days on the water thanks
to this fleet. Times are tough and we ask that you please make
changes and reconsider these regulations.
