| Comment | Dear CARB - The Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations you are considering are unreasonable and will destroy the Mom & Pop whale watching & fishing fleets that give people like me access to the ocean and all it offers. The cost of these unreasonable regulations far exceed any benefit. I urge you - plead with you - to drop these proposed unnecessary rules that would irreparably harm and destroy this vital industry that provides access to the ocean and untold hours of healthy, life giving recreation to so many. |
