| Comment | Regarding the implementation of non diesel motors on Sportfishing and whale watching vessels, please reconsider this ruling. This is not feasible due to cost of revamping the boats. Fees are already high. Perhaps make this regulation for new boats or vessels where owners gross income is over $1M/yr. |
