| Comment | We feel that the upcoming ARB's proposed VOC standards for cleaners and degreasers would greatly damage our ability to reap the benefits of effective behicle maintenance. It would also impact costs because of the additional time required for automotive maintenance to compensate for less effective cleaners. We feel that long-term testing be carried out prior to any enforcement of these standards. |
