| Comment | As an Engineer, I recommend that the CARB suspend the new diesel regulations pending restudy of the actual effects of PM2.5. The high cost of lost jobs and industries leaving the State demands an unbiased review and new report by qualified personnel. Science's reputation took a disasterous hit recently when the man-made global warming Climatic Research Unit apparently established a conclusion before reviewing the evidence.
