I support the CARB with the idea of making gas pumps and the hoses
more efficient and less leaky.    If we can do something as simple
as replacing the hoses on gas pumps to reduce the fumes that go
into the air we should do it.  Our health is more important than a
small financial price.

Plus we are wasting money by letting the gas evaporate into the
air.  Let's save money and improve our health with this smart
idea.

Please impliment this new regulation as soon as possible.
