| Comment | Emulsified diesel is heavily supported for use in the port complexes of California, including ships. I believe that emulsified diesel should be as heavily supported as a pollution reduction strategy for all goods movement infrastructure. Especially trucks. Emulsified diesel is the only pollution technology that reduces both NOx and PM. To not support this technology will severely limit the potenntial pollution reduction gains that are possible. As you have done with other technologies, support in the regulations aids private industry with product development and ultimately the supply. Don't leave out emulsified diesel when considering pollution reductions for trucks and other mobile equipment in the Goods Movement Strategy.
