| Comment | We need to continue to promote and protect California's ability to set emmissions that are lower than federal standards. We escalating climate change and relentless fires which produce significant carbon pollution, it is imperative to lower fuel emmissions from vehicles. The combination of continued fires and an increase in air pollution from lower car emmission standards would be a fatal combination for millions of Californians . |
