| Comment | I whole-heartedly endorse all of the proposed amendments to the CARB Greenhouse Gas Emission Standards for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Facilities. Methane is an especially problematic greenhouse gas and steps to further minimize its release are long overdue. Now that we have the means, via a satellite imaging and other new technologies, to monitor compliance, it is imperative that we do so and that industry comply. We cannot and must not allow any further rise in global warming (see attached PDF). Thank you for listening to my opinion. |
