| Comment | I suppport CARB's efforts to reduce methane and co-pollutant emissions from oil and natural gas production, natural gas gathering and boosting, processing, and storage. I urge CARB to approve the the proposed amendments to the Greenhouse Gas Emission Standards for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Facilities and continue to identify and implement policy changes to mitigate climate change. |
