Dear Chair Nichols and Board,

Construction equipment is a major source of pollution in the San
Joaquin Valley and as such, contributes greatly to the public
health crisis we are experiencing here.

Please consider such measures that would most effectively and
expeditiously lead to emmission reductions from this source in
order for us to breathe clean air as soon as possible.  To that
end, I think that annual target reductions for PM pollution are
essential to ensure effective benchmarks are met to reach our
goals of clean air in the Valley.
