Subject | Clean Air in California and in the world |
Comment | "Air" is something we can't see on a clear day, but clear days are rare, expecially in certain areas where human activities spew great quantities of matter, usually from energy sources related to machines of building, industry. All industrial activities all around the world contribute to the whole of the pollution we all breathe and often enough die from. Even certain industries prohibited in the US by "Clean Air" laws, such as the manufacture of polyurethane in emerging countries of Asia and Eastern Europe contribute to air pollution all over the world. Knowing that the large machines used in areas of California for construction, and for farming are belching forth noxious pollution that is sickening to people, animals, our water, and plants, it is incumbent on all to do everything possible to bring clean air legislation to life. |
