| Comment | Construction Equipment is the second largest cause of particulate pollution in the state. Soot causes the increase of lung diseases, hospitalizations for asthma,and other lung, heart conditions.Curtailing this pollution would save the taxpayers $18 to 26 billion in health care costs. Please consider that as well as the human cost and vote to support stronger air standards for California's construction equipment Thank You |
