| Comment | I understand that the ARB is scheduled to vote soon on a new rule to reduce air pollution from California's construction equipment, which is the second largest source of diesel pollution in our state. Considering the serious respiratory problems which can be caused or augmented by exposure to soot and smog-forming nitrogen oxides, I strongly urge you to adopt this rule. |
