Dear ARB,

Please, PLEASE vote on the new rule to reduce air air pollution
from California's construction equipment.  Since construction
equipment is the second source of diesel pollution in the state,
accounting for 20% of particulate matter and 16% of smog-forming
nitrogen oxides (which are two of the biggest pollution hazards
for public health in California and throughout the country) we
need to set an example for the rest of the country--and the
world--by implementing strong legislation to remove these
hazardous components from our air.
