| Comment | Since construction equipment is the 2nd largest source of diesel pollution in the state, I am urging you to strengthen the State's air standards. With the pollution of these vehicles causing premature deaths and respitory ailment in children and people with weakened immune systems, it is well past the time that stricter standards should have been adopted.
