Please strengthen the state air standards to reduce air pollution
from construction equipment, known as In-Use Off-Road Diesel
Vehicles.  We are entitled to cleaner air and this ruling will
help do that.  Let California continue to lead the country in
forward thinking and making Californian's lives better.  It is a
God given right to breath clean air.
