| Comment | We need to reduce the amount of pollutants released into the atmosphere in California. A major source of air pollution in this state is coming from diesel operated construction equipment. Poor air quality causes and contributes to serious health problems. I feel that the passage of the proposed regulations would in time significantly reduce air pollutants and create a healthier environment for all Californians. |
