To Whom It May Concern:

I have just been made aware that the California Air Resources
Board (ARB) is scheduled to vote later this month on a rule to
strengthen state air standards and reduce air pollution from
construction equipment, known technically as "In-Use Off-Road
Diesel Vehicles."

I am sending this e-mail to request that you do vote to strenghten
these standards. California needs cleaner air and this must be
accomplished at all costs, not only for today, but also for future
generations. Please - the health of our population and environment
are in your hands.
