I support stronger regulations for emissions of construction
equipment in California.  CA has been an industry leader in
reducing emissions, and should seize upon this opportunity to
continue to reduce emissions, as there is still much work to be
done around the state in terms of air quality.  Strengthening
these regulations for construction equipment will push
manufacturers to invest in better technology which will have a
ripple effect around the country - - make CA the catalyst for real
change in the construction industry!
