| Comment | Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Second 15-Day Change Notices for the Modified Regulation Orders for both the PERP Regulation and the Portable Engine ATCM, posted November 10, 2010. As an affected organization, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) supports several of the changes that the California Air Resources Board (ARB) is proposing that will help provide regulatory relief to portable equipment owners. To facilitate this goal, Metropolitan is submitting the attached comments. |
