| Comment | Dear California Air Resources Board, please support the California Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10. Raising the ceiling to 100 vehicles will allow a more reasonable amortization of the costs of testing and certification and allow consumers more cost-efficient access to such automobile conversions. Please demonstrate that you act for consumers and not big business by changing this regulation. Thank you Richard Portune |
