| Comment | After reviewing the proposed requirements for tier 1 certification requirements, I believe that the 10 vehicle maximum becomes way too restrictive for small companies that do conversions of hybrid vehicles to plug-in hybrid. The Tier 1 maximum number of converted vehicles shoule be set at 100 as to properly allocate reasonable testing costs to each vehicle produced. Putting the number at 10 becomes so restrictive, it defeats the spirit of what these small companies are setting out to achieve. Let's get realistic and support the entreprenuers who are working hard to make a difference in climate change. |
