| Comment | Dear Commissioners and Staff- The PHEV conversion industry is working hard to bring clean, electrified transportation to California. I am writing to ask you to support raising the Tier 1 ceiling to 100 vehicles from the currently proposed 10. PHEV companies are working in a recession economy to refine their products, raise capital and fit into the compliance market, please do not add constraints to their progress. PHEV conversion kits undergo constant refinement in order to bring a better product to customers. If every time we beta test a new product with ten vehicles on the road, companies are required to spend thousands testing the product, product refinement will be greatly slowed down.
