| Comment | Please raise the cap from 10 to 100. Without this change the green retrofit industry will be severely crippled in California. Please do not hurt this environmentally important industry at the very point where it needs significant growth. A 100 vehicle cap will allow reasonable space for such growth. Michael Graebner |
