Dear California Air Resources Board, please support the California
Plug In Hybrid conversion industry by raising the Tier 1 ceiling to
100 vehicles up from the currently proposed 10.

I'm a Prius owner and I would have loved to buy a plug-in option
for my car. One way to encourage large companies to spur innovation
is to allow fierce small business competition. Plug-in conversion
kits will only help keep our streets air clean. Thanks to President
Obama's energy stimulus package our electric grid will get smarter
and greener, so we should be using as many green energy sources as
we can. Please allow this small industry to stay alive for the
future of clean air in California.
