| Comment | I support increasing the use of zero-emission vehicles, especially electric vehicles. Fuels used should have low emissions during refining, also. Vehicle miles traveled is difficult to reduce since about half the families of Fresno, cannot afford cars and rely on Uber or others must drive out of their way to pick them up. Homeless children moved far away to limited shelters often want to attend their prior school. |
