Comment | Please reconsider the SIP modeling for this action plan because it overlooks a very significant source of NOx from soils, and in particular heavily fertilized soils in warm and dry environments as is found in the Coachella Valley (for example.) Please see the attached file for a list of important recent studies that provide evidence for this overlooked source of NOx (which has consequences on the ozone and PM2.5 levels.)
