This plan does not serve the best interests of
the majority of Californians. As written, it imposes more controls
and costs on all Californians, especially those who can least
afford it, and it needs to be revised prior to moving forward.
Specifically, this proposed plan would cost
an estimated $18 billion in 2035 and $27 billion in 2045 and would
eliminate at least 80,000 jobs. This change would not only bring
higher energy costs as a result of imposing an all-electric energy
grid, but would also deny citizens’ ability to choose the
energy and transportation options that are best for them, their
businesses, and their family.
While battling increasing threats of wildfire,
draught, and excessive heat in California is a priority, there are
alternative options that must be considered. For example,
eliminating geo-engineered weather manipulation, enforcing Cal-Fire
to effectively perform forest management, and stop incentivizing
Cal-fire to not contain fires as expeditiously as possible. Further
advancing clean gas options such as hydrogen, natural gas, and
propane should be top priority. Looking at the data, levels of CO2
in the atmosphere have not actually increased since 1976. It is
literally impossible for CO2 to enter the atmosphere from car
exhaust. https://www.globalresearch.ca/great-zero-carbon-criminal-conspiracy/5736707.
What is being done to provide environmentally
friendly methods for disposal of lithium batteries needed to run
electric cars? Are we simply eliminating one detriment for another?
All of these questions must be addressed prior to tackling the
elimination of fossil fueled energy sources. Climate change is not
caused by fossil fuel emissions but rather by geo-engineering. https://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/.
