Los Angeles.
I urge the California Air Resources Board to adopt a California
Climate Scoping Plan which reduces fossil fuel use.
Your plan should provide for fleets to be converted from oil to
electric power. Your plan should also provide for increased
electric vehicles for individual drivers.
Your plan should provide for the expansion of public
transportation.
Your plan should reduce the usage of fossil fuels, whether such
fuels are produced by oil drilling in California, or whether such
fuels are imported from other states and
countries.
Your plan should not allow fossil fuels to be imported from
countries where indigenous people are being mistreated.
