I do want to thank you for the work you do. We Californians can
be proud that we are leading the nation in ridding ourselves of
fossil-fuel dependance and can thank you for that.   However,
due to the fact that the world has not reacted with nearly the
speed we need to make this transition away from fossil fuels, we
now need to have a VERY steep decline in fossil fuel use to get
where we need to in 2030.  So I think our decline needs to be
more drastic than what your plan envisions. Please revise the plan
for STEEP declines in Californian's fossil fuel use.
