Members of the PUC,
In 2007 I installed residential solar on my home, stretching to
meet the costs but firm in my belief that I was doing the right
thing to addess the looming effects of climate change. Over 1
million Californians have now installed solar at their homes, and
we are the leader in the nation on residential solar. Please
do not add a tax on residential solar power. The utilities
need to recognize that our move to 100% renewable power is
inevitable and join in the movement on the right side of history.
Climate change is accelerating, as anyone who reads the news
daily knows. Please take a strong leadership postion to do
everything you can to support residential solar power.
