I urge you to strengthen and update the draft 2022 scoping plan.
I am disappointed that the plan does not make the necessary changes
to combat climate change and accelerate plans for being carbon
neutral. We must phase out oil and gas extraction and oil refining.
No more investing in fossil fuel infrastructure. Persue more robust
 transportation sector targets and decarbonizing
buildings.


we must meet the crisis at hand and save our future. Ethical
choices are not about money but the greater good for
all.
