When CARB can outlaw all wildfires I think I will begin to think
the Administrators at CARB have a brain. When All fuel
modifications in the NF wildland and other areas under CALFIRE
control are done without using open fire ,thus releasing carbon I
will begin to think the Administrators at CARB have a brain.
When the proposals of CARB do not destroy the marginal
economic members of California I will begin to think the
Administrators at CARB have a brain. You have the Authority
but do not have a moral clue as to what impacts your edicts have on
the members of the State's lower classes and it shows. Your
world view is limited to what your imagination apparently does not
phantom. You are legally correct as are all regulators but
have no reflection on common folks life.
