Comment	Hello, Your plan to get us to clean energy independance is not aggressive enough and relys on nonexistant or unproven carbon capture. This plan can also be more aggressive in electrification requirements and investment in natural carbon capture plans; soils regeneration, tree planting. Electrification, clean energy sources and the most aggressive phasing out of carbon refining should be the short term top priorities. There is no time to waste. Thank you for all your efforts. Leslie
