Thanks for all your hard work but the CARB Scoping Plan is too
weak to save our planet for our children's future. You should
to go with the "seeminbly" more expensive scenarios, because the
true cost of inaction in unimagineable and not the low figure
assumed in this document. $50 per ton of pollution is more
reasonable, and really as stated in this op-ed which I agree
whole-heartedly with in all aspects:

Please go the extra distance and set a model for other States to
follow so we have a chance of saving our way of life.
