Good Afternoon, 


On behalf of 22 organizations, please see attached for our
public comments to CARB's 2022 Draft Scoping Plan. We urge CARB to
push for carbon neutrality by 2030 and leverage the carbon
sequestering and emissions reduction potential of our agricultural
lands, economy, and sector to achieve that goal.
