After the CPUC's terrible solar tax proposal, there's no
hotter issue before us than the California Air Resources Board's
Scoping Plan, which will determine our state climate policy for the
next 20 years. I'm writing to demand real, ambitious and
equitable climate solutions.

regulators have a choice: to keep giving Big Oil and Gas more
excuses to pollute our air, water and homes, or create a future
beyond fossil fuels, where all of us have access to healthy air and
clean, reliable transportation. Act now to ensure California is
able to provide energy that is clean and renewable. Voters like me
await your next move on bated breath.
