Comment	Oil consumption has to be reduced. Global warming won't wait for us. Oil prices will increase. Implement a carbon tax. Push solar and electric vehicles. Clean the air. Why waste money developing more oil supply. Why should the oil companies be allowed to produce a defective product that pollutes our air, etc. Again, IMPLEMENT A CARBON TAX. The money can be used to ween us off of oil. Mark
