Comment 103 for Scoping Plan Update: The Proposed Strategy for Achieving California's 2030 Greenhouse Gas Target and Draft Environmental Analysis (scopingplan2030) - Non-Reg.

I strongly encourage our state legislature to consider the use of a
carbon tax that would have specified increases over measured times
to both promote less use of greenhouse gas producing carbon fuels
and return the tax as dividends to state residents to help
compensate for the adverse effects of such fuels.
