| Comment | The less we do now the more we will have to do later as sea level rise floods our coastal communities and erodes our coastline. We need to make the maximum effort to cut carbon emissions by changing the way we develop land and in general do business. We must be more compact, more efficient, and more dense in our living arrangements, not in our approaches. |
