| Comment | Please auction off all emission credits and give revenue to companies who promote the "green way" such as green jobs and green technology. Do not make Europe’s mistake by giving them away for free. This does not help anything. Big polluters should pay for all their emissions: 100% auction of emissions permits, no free giveaways. |
