  Every scientific group with credentials in climate change and NOT
sponsored buy a government group or agency says only those that are
to lazy  to look up REAL information or those, like CARB, are only
for power grab at any cost.
  Remember the racism that is still in the EPA. The ban on DDT's
that was the result of falsely claimed disasters by the EPA that
ended in the deaths of millions of lessor humans in Africa.
  DDT is not dangerous. EPA knows this, but as long as it lowers
the population of the third world (Africans) then who cares.
  This horse crap of CARB and the snake oil sales man al gore
about the non existent global warming will do the same thing here
in the US. Losing jobs. But as long as those from CARB and al gore
can still make money and get more power.
  Oh and by the way, why has global warming been exchanged for
climate change? Sun comes up temp rises, opps climate change. Sun
goes down, climate change. 
  Your desire CARB, to gain power and to put people under your
thumb just to make your selves feel powerful at the cost of lives
 and happiness of the American people is pathetic.
