Gas powered leaf blowers and other appliances:  They are noisy &
smokey & polluting.  Two-stroke engines especially are bad on the
environment.  Battery & cord devices exist.  Let's switch to those.
 Let's not make this complicated. Rebates can be provided for those
who need to purchase the new replacement equipment and have
difficulty affording it.
