| Comment | Hi, I am in favor of prohibiting small off-road engines as quickly as possible. These engines are responsible for a disproportionate and unsustainable amount of emissions which are contributing to global warming. They also cause excessive noise which is a nuisance and can cause hearing loss. Thank you, Lee Auerbach |
